Karen Allgire, MFA, RYT, has been teaching dance and movement since 1982 and yoga since 1998. She is an Intermediate Junior II Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor and a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Karen has studied three times at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India.
Cliff Berns, BA, LMT, is a healing arts practitioner with over 19 years of experience. He has been practicing Reiki since 1992 and teaching since 1995. Cliff's work focuses on energetic, shamanic and spiritual support for self-healing and transformation. He also shares insight and guidance in creating and deepening the experience of sacred space in homes and businesses.
Colleen Clark, MFA, RYT, is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and a certified Relax and Renew yoga instructor. She has over 25 years of experience as teacher and performer of modern dance and improvisation. She has studied with senior Iyengar teachers Judith Lasater, Dean Lerner and others. Colleen is a certified Introductory Iyengar Yoga instructor.
Shaw-Jiun Wang, MLS, is an Intermediate Junior II Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor. Shaw has trained extensively with Lois Steinberg, a senior Iyengar teacher specializing in therapeutics. Shaw has also studied at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India.
Shannon Fischer Titas, BFA, has taught dance and movement since 1998. She began teaching yoga in 2002 and has studied with senior Iyengar yoga teachers Dean Lerner, Laurie Blakeney, and others. She enjoys teaching yoga and dance to students of all ages and stages of life. Shannon is a certified Introductory Iyengar Yoga instructor.
Charlotte Sanpere, PhD, RYT, has been teaching yoga since 2005. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and is a certified Introductory Iyengar Yoga instructor.
