Classes are $16 for a 75-minute class.
When you check out, in the Instructions to Merchant area please enter the date and time of the class you are paying for. This will help Karen keep the administrative work more manageable. Thank you!

Set Up your Practice Space
For a better connection, set up as close to your modem as possible. If you have yoga props, have those handy. If you don’t have props, gather a few household items such as a bathrobe tie, some heavy books, a few towels, some throw pillows and a chair.
Please Join the Meeting TEN MINUTES Before the Class Begins
This will allow time for Karen to guide the set up of your mat and your camera so she can see you and teach you. If you do not wish to be viewed or corrected, you can turn off your video. Classes will start on time with those who have joined the meeting.
