Introduction to yoga poses, philosophy and history for children ages 7-12.

One missed class only may be made up in a regular weekly yoga class by an adult from the family. No refunds, credits or make ups are available for any additional missed classes except in the case of illness, injury or family emergency.

Experience yoga postures with the support of our yoga rope wall. The wall ropes provide support, traction, balance and leverage in a full range of poses. Learning the Ropes workshops are open to students who have completed at least one 8-week session of Iyengar Yoga classes.

Iyengar Yoga offers numerous adapted asana techniques to alleviate lower back pain. Experience ease and mobility in your lower back. Maintain a healthy back through relaxation and a balance of flexibility and strength.

This gentle yoga class is designed for those who wish to move at a moderate pace. Whether you are new to yoga or getting back into shape after time off, this class will provide progressive learning of postures with a gentle approach, using a chair and other props for support.

This class is for students of all ages and conditions – yoga is for everyone!

Make up policy: Missed Gentle Chair Yoga classes can be made up in any Level 1 class. Classes must be made up by one week after the last class of a 6-week series.
