Summer Interim August 5 – 21
During Karen’s trip to India, we will offer 7 classes per week. Drop ins and class cards are available.
No make ups. Make ups can be done during the first week of September.

•8-class card $100
Please note that class cards are good ONLY August 5 – 31. Please purchase class cards by July 20 if possible.

New Introductory Series for New Students
4-class introductions to Iyengar Yoga for new students begin on the following dates:
✥ Tuesday, September 3, 7:00 pm
✥ Wednesday, September 4, 9:00 am
✥ Wednesday, September 4, 5:15 pm
✥ Thursday, September 5, 7:30 pm
✥ Saturday, September 7, 9:30 am
Introductory series take place during the first four classes of the session.
Make ups classes can be done only within the 7 or 8 week session.
Open to new students who have never enrolled for a class at Green Tara Yoga
We recommend that you arrive early to allow time for parking. We do not recommend parking at Dave’s Market as you could be towed. You may find a space in the lot directly behind the building. Other options include:
✥ The upper lot accessible by a ramp at the back of the main lot
✥ Metered spots on Fairmount Boulevard
✥ Free parking on Grandview, the street adjacent to Dave’s Market
✥ The metered lot behind Firestone Tires on Cedar Road
✥ The public garage behind Starbucks on Cedar Road

Apprentice Program with Karen Allgire
Intermediate Junior III Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) Karen Allgire offers an apprentice program for those interested in deepening their study of yoga. Apprentices must have three years of Iyengar Yoga study and be able to make a yearlong commitment to the program. For prerequisites, requirements, costs and other details, contact Karen.

Karen Allgire Studies Iyengar Yoga in India

Open Practice Time
Open Practice Time is an opportunity for you to use the studio and its equipment, including the new yoga rope wall, for self-directed practice. The schedule for open practice time is Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30 am–12:00 pm. The cost is $5.
