Welcome home Karen! I so enjoyed reading about your practice and your rich and wonderful India experience!
I read your blog each night (that you wrote) while I was at work...in the wee hours of the morning, and in the quiet here
I was able to feel a nice connection to you through your writings. I could just imagine you going to the practice hall each day
with so much enthusiasm, and soaking it all up like a sponge....ready to squeeze it out for us here and there, a little at a time.
I really look forward to soaking up some of those teachings from you soon! :-)

Hi Karen,
We were singing last night, missing you and realizing you will be home soon. Our circle craves wholeness. It has been great to be able to have this little window into your world. It sounds like it has been a very positive trip in many ways. So looking forward to hearing more and seeing you soon.
Safe travels home, sister.
Love you. Riki

Happy Anniversary to you and Cliff (I know, I'm off a day)-- strange how some things stick in your head like the first 8 measures of a dance you performed 20 years ago and a wedding you attended longer ago than that. . .

I have finally gotten my computer back after it was held in crash land purgatory for over 2 weeks and had a chance to catch up on India and you. I read and I beam, as though I were there and I marvel at this technology that touches lives from across thousands of miles. Your statement about Mr. Iyengar's teaching being so clear, and not complicated is so on the nose and made me reflect on Manouso's classes (I ended up going 2 days after all! FANTASTIC.) and how I left marveling over how he could speak so articulately and succinctly on such nuanced details and ideas that would seem pretentiously esoteric coming from others . And YOUR teaching that reveals something new in even the oldest of asanas each and every week through clear and thought-full ( hyphen is on purpose) instruction. I am so grateful that this lineage is so carefully monitored as to how it's taught and so lovingly gifted to us who seek it.
I look forward to future blogs and Lessons from India in Sept.
Bow I to You,
Linda
