Kirtan: Call and Response Singing Breathing Room

$10 in advance, $12 at the door
Enjoy an evening of chanting with local musicians. Breathing Room features vocalist Margot Milcetich, tabla player Joe Culley and guitarist Michael Curtis. They have been together for seven years and their CD has been featured on National Public Radio.

Open Practice Time
Open Practice Time is an opportunity for you to use the studio and its equipment, including the yoga rope wall, for self-directed practice. The schedule for open practice time is Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30 am – 12:00 pm and the cost is $5.

Apprentice Program with Karen Allgire
Intermediate Junior II Iyengar Instructor Karen Allgire offers an apprentice program for those interested in developing the art of teaching yoga. Apprentices must have two years of Iyengar Yoga study and be able to make a yearlong commitment to the program. For prerequisites, requirements, costs and other details, contact Karen.
