New Rope Wall
We are thrilled to announce that our long anticipated rope wall is a reality. We are grateful to our architect Mike Cuccierre and our carpenter Susan Clellen for their work on this project. The wall ropes give support, traction, balance and leverage in a full range of poses, including standing poses, forward and backward extensions and inversions. We look forward to sharing this wonderful learning tool with you.

The rope work will be incorporated into the regular weekly classes. We will also offer Learning the Ropes workshops to allow more in depth study of the uses of wall ropes. For the days and times of the workshops, visit our Yoga Workshops page.

Open Practice Time
Open Practice Time is an opportunity for you to use the studio and its equipment, including the new yoga rope wall, for self-directed practice. The schedule for open practice time is Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30 am – 12:00 pm and the cost is $5.
