Experience yoga postures with the support of our yoga rope wall. The wall ropes provide support, traction, balance and leverage in a full range of poses. Learning the Ropes workshops are open to students who have completed at least one 8-week session of Iyengar Yoga classes.

Easy Necks and Shoulders
March 3
Discover new possibilities for ease and freedom in the neck and shoulders. Learn yoga postures and breathing techniques that help mobilize and balance the upper body.

Backbends
March 31
Experience the rejuvenating effects of backbends. These postures bring the qualities of vitality, alertness and courage, and can help avert depression.

Saturday Mini-Series with Shaw-Jiun Wang

11:15 am – 12:45 pm
$64 per 4-week mini-course, $20 for drop ins 
These classes will provide focused learning on a specific area of the body. They are not intended as a replacement for physical therapy or to treat medical conditions.
