Waiver and Student Profile
All students are required to complete a waiver and student profile before taking classes at Green Tara Yoga & Healing Arts. These are completed as part of our Registration process.
Class Pass Expiration Windows
Class passes are good for 5 or 10 weeks, depending on the type of pass you purchase. Your expiration window begins with your first use of the pass. Pass extensions are granted only in exceptional circumstances due to illness, injury or family emergency.
Please register at least one hour before a class starts. Classes that do not have at least 3 students registered by one hour before the class begins will be canceled. Any enrolled students will be contacted by both text and phone.
If unable to attend an In-Studio or Online class, you must cancel your reservation 3 hours before the class begins. No Shows and Late Cancels will be charged for the class.
Download Zoom here and if you are new to Zoom, listen to this tutorial on how to join a Zoom meeting
Please join the Zoom meeting 5 minutes before the class begins. If you cannot find your link, you can always access it by logging into your Punchpass account and clicking on My Reservations. There you will see all your class reservations and the links for your booked Online classes.
Please be aware that in online yoga classes, the teacher may not be able to see you at all times. Feel free to work at your own pace and to unmute yourself and ask the teacher any questions you have.
Students must be fully vaccinated and boosted in order to attend In-Studio classes.
The use of masks in the studio is optional.
To attend our In-Studio classes, preregistration is required. No walk ins are permitted. If a class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist and receive email notification if a spot becomes available.
Hands-on adjustments will be done only with the student’s permission.
Everyone should sanitize their hands upon entering the studio.
Minimize the personal items you bring into the studio. Valuables should be placed on the shelves in the back corner.
In-Studio classes are limited to 12 students.
Students may bring their own mat or use a studio mat.
Please do not come to the studio if you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with or showing symptoms of Covid-19 or other viral infections. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 and have attended class within the last 14 days, please contact us at 216-382-0592 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Please arrive five to ten minutes before the class starts. Inform the teacher of any injuries or health issues before class begins. If you are late, wait until after the chanting of OM to enter the studio.
Clothing should be comfortable and non-constricting, but not so baggy that alignment is obscured. Have bare feet and remove bulky jewelry.
Please refrain from wearing strong scents. Please turn off cell phones and pagers.
Food and Water
Come to class with an empty stomach. Drink plenty of water before and after, but not during class. Water bottles should not be brought into the studio except in cases of medical necessity.
We appreciate your cooperation with these policies. If you have any questions, contact Karen at 216-382-0592 or send us an email.
