Detailed policies and health protocols for our studio reopening will be announced.
Please do not come to the studio if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. Please do not come to the studio for 2 weeks if you have knowingly been exposed to someone diagnosed with or showing symptoms of Covid-19.

Please arrive five to ten minutes before the class starts. Inform the teacher of any injuries or health issues before class begins. If you are late, sit down quietly in the entry room and wait until after the chanting of OM to enter the studio and open your mat.

Wear shorts, sweat pants or footless tights. Clothing should be comfortable and non-constricting, but not so baggy that alignment is obscured. Have bare feet and remove bulky jewelry.

Class practice

Please refrain from wearing strong scents. Please turn off cell phones and pagers.

Food and Water
Come to class with an empty stomach. Drink plenty of water before and after, but not during class. Water bottles should not be brought into the studio except in cases of medical necessity.

Please wipe and remove your shoes in the hall, carry them inside and place them on the shoe rack. Valuables should be placed on the shelves in the back corner of the studio. We provide all props. If you wish to use your own mat, please label it.

Cancellation of on site studio classes must be completed by 12 hours before the class begins or your pass will be charged.
