IN-STUDIO CLASSES

Vaccination Required for In-Studio Classes
Students must be fully vaccinated and boosted in order to attend In-Studio classes.

Masks Optional for In-Studio Classes
The use of masks in the studio is optional. We respect and understand that some students will choose to wear a mask. We will continue to monitor the CDC guidelines and update our policy if the circumstances require.

Class Reservations
To attend our In-Studio classes, preregistration is required. No walk ins are permitted. If a class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist and will receive an email notification if a spot becomes available.

Class Cancellations
If unable to attend an In-Studio class, you must cancel your reservation 8 hours before the class begins. Online classes must be canceled at least 1 hour before the class begins. No Shows and Late Cancels will be charged for the class.

Teaching Protocols
Hands-on adjustments will be done only with the student’s permission.

Hand Cleaning
Everyone should sanitize their hands upon entering the studio. We recommend that you sanitize your hands at the end of class as well.

Personal Items
Minimize the personal items you bring into the studio. Please wipe and remove your shoes in the hall, carry them inside and place them on the shoe rack. Valuables should be placed on the shelves in the back corner of the studio.

Physical Distance
In-Studio classes are limited to 12 students. Since everyone present must be vaccinated and boosted, distance is not required at all times, but will be maintained as much as possible.

Props
Students are encouraged to bring their own mat. If you use a studio mat, you must clean it after class. We provide all other props. Cleaning supplies are available for students to sanitize props before using them if they wish to do so.

Health Condition
Please do not come to the studio if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. Please do not come to the studio for 5 days if you have tested positive for Covid-19, and then please wear a mask for 5 days after that. If symptoms are severe, you should not come to the studio for 10 days. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 and have attended class within the last 14 days, please contact us immediately at 216-382-0592 or info@greentarayoga.com

Promptness
Please arrive five to ten minutes before the class starts. Inform the teacher of any injuries or health issues before class begins. If you are late, sit down quietly in the entry room and wait until after the chanting of OM to enter the studio and open your mat.

Attire
Wear shorts, sweat pants or footless leggings. Clothing should be comfortable and non-constricting, but not so baggy that alignment is obscured. Have bare feet and remove bulky jewelry.
