Please join the Zoom meeting 5-10 minus before the class begins. If you cannot find your link, you can always access it by logging into your account and clicking on My Reservations. There you will see all your class reservations and the links for your booked Online classes.
Cancellations of Online classes must be completed by one hour before the class begins or your pass will be charged.
Please be aware that in online yoga classes, the teacher may not be able to see you at all times. Feel free to work at your own pace and to unmute yourself and ask the teacher any questions you have.
Print our In-Studio Class Polices
To attend our In-Person classes, preregistration is required. No walk ins are permitted. If a class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist and will receive an email notification if a spot becomes available.
If unable to attend an In-Person class, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before the class begins. No Shows and Late Cancels will have one punch charged on their card. Online classes can still be canceled up to 1 hour before the class begins.
Classes will be conducted without hands-on adjustments. Teachers will not walk around the room to view students but will remain on their own mat. Chanting will not be done. Classes will end 5 minutes early to help make time for cleaning and exit distancing.
Teachers will open the door 15 minutes before class to facilitate safe distance during the entry process. Marks on the floor will indicate proper distancing while waiting to enter. Students and teachers should wash their hands before entering the studio. We recommend that you wash your hands at the end of class as well.
Minimize the personal items you bring into the studio. Ideally bring nothing but your keys and your props.
Based on current recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Responsible RestartOhio, masks are not required for vaccinated students. Non-vaccinated students should wear a mask.
Classes will be limited to 8 students. Mat placements will be indicated by tape marks on the floor. Students should use the bathroom one at a time. Please allow extra time after class, so that distance is maintained as students sanitize props, gather personal items, and leave the studio. Be patient as your teacher facilitates students exiting the studio one at a time. Please do not congregate in the entry room or the hallway. Please note that physical distance requirements may change over time based on the Center for Disease Control guidelines.
Students are encouraged to bring their own mat, and may bring other props if they wish. Personal props should be clearly labeled. Recent data suggests that surfaces are not a likely way to pick up the virus. Soft surfaces especially do not hold the virus well. Hard props such as chairs and blocks will not be shared among students within a class, and students must sanitize these items after using them. If you use a studio mat, you must clean it after class. Students may sanitize props before class as well if they wish to do so.
High touch surfaces will be cleaned after every class. Signage will outline prop cleaning procedures.
Please do not come to the studio if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. Please do not come to the studio for 2 weeks if you have knowingly been exposed to someone diagnosed with or showing symptoms of Covid-19. Contact us and we will waive the charge to your card. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 and have attended class within the last 14 days, please contact us immediately at 216-382-0592 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Please arrive five to ten minutes before the class starts. Inform the teacher of any injuries or health issues before class begins. If you are late, sit down quietly in the entry room and wait until after the chanting of OM to enter the studio and open your mat.
Wear shorts, sweat pants or footless tights. Clothing should be comfortable and non-constricting, but not so baggy that alignment is obscured. Have bare feet and remove bulky jewelry.
Please refrain from wearing strong scents. Please turn off cell phones and pagers.
Food and Water
Come to class with an empty stomach. Drink plenty of water before and after, but not during class. Water bottles should not be brought into the studio except in cases of medical necessity.
Please wipe and remove your shoes in the hall, carry them inside and place them on the shoe rack. Valuables should be placed on the shelves in the back corner of the studio. We provide all props. If you wish to use your own mat, please label it.
Cancellation of In-Studio classes must be completed by 12 hours before the class begins or your pass will be charged.

Waiver and Student Profile
All students are required to complete a waiver and student profile before taking classes at Green Tara Yoga & Healing Arts. Waivers are completed as part of our automated registration process.
Class Pass Expiration Windows
Class passes are good for 5 or 10 weeks, depending on the type of pass you purchase. Your expiration window begins with your first use of the pass. Pass extensions are granted only in exceptional circumstances due to family or medical emergency.
