Classes are available in three formats: Online classes on Zoom, In-Person classes at the studio, and Hybrid classes that take place at the studio and are also live streamed through Zoom. Basics of Iyengar Yoga Pass for New Students

Vaccination and Booster Shot Required for In-Studio Classes
Students must be fully vaccinated and boosted in order to attend In-Studio classes. Students are not required to show their vaccination cards.
Masks Required for In-Studio Classes
The CDC recommendation is for fully vaccinated people to wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission. All teachers and students must wear a mask for In-Studio classes.

Apprentice Program with Karen Allgire
Level 3 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) Karen Allgire offers an apprentice program for those interested in deepening their study of yoga. Apprentices must have three years of Iyengar Yoga study and be able to make a yearlong commitment to the program. For prerequisites, requirements, costs and other details, contact Karen.
