In-Studio Class Requirements
Students must be fully vaccinated and boosted in order to attend In-Studio classes. Students are not required to show their vaccination cards. Masks are optional.

Apprentice Program with Karen Allgire
Level 3 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) Karen Allgire offers an apprentice program for those interested in deepening their study of yoga. Apprentices must have three years of Iyengar Yoga study and be able to make a yearlong commitment to the program. For prerequisites, requirements, costs and other details, contact Karen.
